Copaxone Case Manager

Shared Solutions advertises on their website that patients taking Copaxone are assigned a case manager. Is this something new? Anyone have a Copaxone case manager? What do they do?

They do have case managers. I just called about this last week to see if you are assigned 1 case manager per issue. The answer is no. You are directed to a different case manager every time you call. To be honest I got the feeling case manager = call center employee.

I'm not sure if it's a Case Manager but there has always been someone who I can contact directly, either email or phone. I've been on COpaxone for over 7 years so I haven't had a reason to contact him/her. I'm also in Canada, things may be different.
