I take 20,000 IU a day and have never shown any signs of toxicity. I've felt pretty good for the last two years (I also take 3 mg. of LDN). At 61, I don't have as much fatigue as I did prior to starting on the Vit. D and LDN.

Well that certainly is an indication of Tysabri's affect on the liver and your livers ability to metabolize and clear the vit D.

Yes, I have MS patients upwards of 140 range.

At my worst relapse my level was 11! I took high doses for awhile. Now am on 4000iu daily. Just increased from 3000 since my level was 46 and she wants me about 80. Don't know if that will be enough to do it

          Too High Vitamin D

          What number is too high?
6 months ago my vitamin d level was 109.
          I have continued my 10,000iu D3 a day since.
I feel great and am going to continue supplementing.
I get my vitamin D checked in the next couple weeks.
I will see what my Neuro thinks of my level and supplementation at my next appointment in December.
