    Shaky Hands

    Hi there-does anyone experience shaky
hands after you exercise? I've been
having more of this the past week. I am
not sure if it's the heat or the cardio
causing this, but it can last all day after.

Not sure if this is another MS symptom
    now to deal with...ugh!

I try to always exercise before it gets too warm
around 9:00 am or so. Please help!

    Thanks, Nikki

I don't have shaky hands, but my legs get shaky and weak after exercise or overworking them. Just another fun thing to deal with!

I am the same as jennyver.

You might try taking a cool shower after your workout. If it's due to an increase of your core body temperature taking a cool shower would let your body recover quicker.

one of the sx of provigil is tremors. you should check into this if you are taking provigil or it`s generic, modafinil. just a thought i had, i am affected by these tremors myself.
