    Hello from Tara

    Hello All,
I've been away for awhile. I needed some personal time and am ready to get back to helping this wonderful organization.
The dedication and support of our volunteers is what makes this a truly unique and beneficial institute.

Great to see you back! I am toying with the idea of trying some more in the way of dietary changes and supplements (I haven't tried much in the past since it seemed like there was conflicting recommendations, not enough hard evidence, etc.) so I'm sure I will have questions! Currently reading up on Wahls and Boroch.
2001: 1st 2 relapses, "probable MS." 2007: 3rd relapse. Dx of RRMS confirmed by MS specialist. Started Cpx. (Off Cpx Feb 08-Mar 09 to start a family; twins!) Dec '09: Started Beta. Oct '13: Started Tecfidera. May '15: Considering Gilenya.
