Here are some suggestions/questions.
Are you using a computer - PC or Apple? Or an I device?
Sometimes uninstalling Java and reinstalling can work.
We also find some browsers work better than others.
The more info you can provide, perhaps we can narrow down a solution for you. We'd love to see you in chat!
I am on windows Vista PC.Also I want to know if it's safe? With my cog fog I sure know how to screw things up. LOL! Thanks for helping. If you know the steps please write down or next week I'll have a friend try and help.I hate to bother anyone because they're all so busy with grad parties ect. I will check back later.

When I used Chrome someone told me it is damaging to your computer so i have uninstalled that for quite some time. I do have Modzilla but never use it. Should I try that or just wait until someone knows whos what they're doing help me. I'm not real computer savey LOL!!!!

Java is a trusted source to use on your computer. It allows things to run properly on many different applications/websites.
You can try using a different browser, other than Google Chrome if you would like to.
But you the Chat Room Software will not let you in, unless you have Java Enabled to run on your browser.
