feet and hands fall asleep easily

Hi everybody who reads this,

I have tingling in my feet and hands. Burning sometimes in my right foot. But every time i sit a certain ways or cross my legs, sit Indian style my legs go to sleep in seconds, if i leave it like that, my legs will go numb. Does anybody else experience this or can tell me why maybe? it is driving me insane!!

Yes, indeedy-doody-deedy. Happens all the time. Presumably it's nerve/ myelin damage.
Uncross your legs, get up and have a stagger.

I just have it in my feet and lower legs. Tingling numbness swollen burning feeling. Parathesias. Mine are supposedly from a spinal cord lesion. Neurontin helps some.
