Any MS sufferers with SCT who have had problems after long plane rides? It seems to take me longer and longer to recover from a flight these days, especially a cross-country one. After listening to a SCD advocate speak about altitude-related problems and following up with a 2010 medical study reading, I thought I'd ask the real experts--you : )

Renee, I don't have SCT or SCD but I can see see why airplane travel would affect both of them and affect MS. The oxygen on airplanes can be as low as 19%. Normal oxygen is 21%. The low oxygen plus the fatigue related to travel may be wearing you out.
I did a google search and there appear to be rare episodes of risks when flying with SCT. Apparently, even high altitudes outside of flying can be a problem. Hope this helps.
