    "You don't have spasticity"

I've been on Baclofen for a couple of years now because the back of my legs get so stiff it's hard to walk.

What annoys me are the people who don't know what spasticity is and say,"Baclofen! That's for spasticity." I had a pcp say it and then a pharmacist. What can I say to clods like this?

My favorite response to "You don't look handicapped" is "You don't look stupid".

I think a variation of that would work very well.

Sound like you need a new PCP and new pharmacy!

I have *never* had a pharmacist comment on or ask about my meds except with regards to contraindications. I am not even sure ethically they are allowed to comment or ask in such a manner.

        Pharmacist

I call my Pharmacist and ask all kinds of questions about my medicine. I never ask him for more than he is able to say. They know more than doctors do about medicine.
