Getting back on SSDI after working 10 years.

I hurt my back and have had 10 operations and now chronic pain. I was on SSDI for about 3 years and was able to go back to work part time then full time. I was able to work full time for just over 10 years. My condition is worse and my Dr. thinks wants me back on SSDI.

My question is ; do I need to go through the same process again or can I get back on the SSDI quicker then the first time ? Its the same injury and disability. Is the waiting period the same if I cant work now ?

I'm not a 100. But I think it's been too long to get back on your old claim this happened to friend of mine and they made him reapply for ssdi but he did get it cause of his medical records and he was worse off like you so shouldn't be too hard good luck
