    EXERCISE

Should you exercise during a flareup?

    #2
    It depends tweetanimal20,

It would be best to ask your neuro what he would recommend since he has knowledge of your current exacerbation (relapse, attack, flare-up)

If you are capable of exercise and are careful not to do too much then it's okay. With some exacerbations more rest and less exercise is needed.

My exacerbations can severely affect my mobility and simply getting around the house is a struggle. At those times just getting from one room to the next is exercise

That is the way i am right now. If i turn around to fast i almost fall. I can not get up from a sitting position without falling back down at least once. Not so bad as long as I actually fall back down on the seat. No so good when I miss it.
