Stress related numbness on left temple

Seems to happen after a "awesome" day at work or when the kids are being super kids...a numb to the touch pressure sensation round my left temple...I think it is nothing but it drive my anxieties through the roof. anyone experience anything like this?

I´ve had that come and go- for me it is stress related. Feels like a spot of bengay on my head.
