I am fairly new to Avonex and I am living 6 months of the year in Belize where the bugs can be viscous. I use bug oil-herbal religously but lately the fly bites are turning into blisters almost immediately and then take days to heal. Also use herbal itch cream which does help. I am wondering if the Avonex can make me more susceptible to an alllergy to the bites. Ihave never had one before to bites but am allergic to a lot of meds. Don't even tell me to use DEET cause I won't put it on my skin. I am totally organic so any help is greatly appreciated.
