Has anyone else been switched around to different pharmacies and assistance programs through Beta Plus?
I was switched to a new program over the summer when on my old insurance. I just got my 2nd monthly refill (what a pain - the previous pharmacy sent 3 months at a time) and the pharmacy told me they wouldn't fill it anymore. But they won't tell me why - just that I have to work with Beta Plus again. Might be my new insurance. But then again, I'm not really sure why I got switched off the old program (in which I paid $15 per month) to the new program (zero copay) because there was no change in insurance or income.
I guess I just wish there were still an actual person working with me to explain it, instead of the call center.
