In response to the latest article on iron deposits in the brain and disability, I figured I´d stack the deck in my favor and swap my cast iron pans for ceramic coated ones. They truly are non-stick and I got ones with handles that can handle any oven temperature. I´ll never know if this is making a difference, but it will decrease my consumption of iron.
