Botox for spasticity

Anyone else go the botox route for limb spasticity?

I just got it done in my right shoulder/pec/bicep/forearm. I won't really know whether it helps until it ramps up in a few weeks.

I would be interested in hearing others stories as well. I am to get botox in my arms and legs soon (sent to insurance for pre-approval).

How big are the needles?

Needles are small but it still pinches. I received mine last week and go back for active PT and OT in about two weeks.

I definitely can tell how weak my arm is with the reduced tone in it!
