    Thank You Harry Potter!

JK Rowling, author of the Harry Potter series, donated $10M to the University of Edinburgh Scotland to help establish a Neurological Research Facility.

Named after her mother, who died at 45 from MS - The Anne Rowling Regenerative Neurology Clinic will focus on finding treatments for MS, while learning more about other neurological disorders as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's.

The Clinic was officially opened on October 8, 2013.

I was really excited to read this news yesterday. I've wondered for a while what good she would choose to do with the Harry Potter legacy ... thrilled that this is it!
