    Bladder relief

I started taking LDN (low-dose naltrexone) to see if it would help my bladder and after a few weeks my hesitant/start and stop bladder problems greatly improved. I take a 3mg dose every night. It is such a relief to be able to just go all at once instead of stopping and starting 3 or 4 times till my bladder is mostly empty. Now after about 2 months my bathroom experience as far as my bladder is concerned is almost normal. Waking up to p and the feeling of not emptying have ceased. Yay!

Shellee, I looked into LDN for other reasons, and did mention it to my primary. I'm not sure he would be willing to Rx it but I think I will mention it again, since it has helped others with some of the stuff I have ongoing.

Hm... I have a neuro appointment in April. I'm going to ask her about LDN.

Just a heads up ... my neuro called it snake oil . However it can be prescribed by a family doctor, naturopathic doctor, etc.

I'll try her first and then talk to my GP!

            Thanks!
