Could a earache be a MS Symptom. Often my neck gets stiff and my ear burns and stings. I have been to ENT and nothing is found wrong. Thanks for your help

Joy, since you've seen an ENT for it, most likely the 'burning' and stiff neck is probably from the M.S.
I have burning on one foot, it only makes 'sense' you can have it anywhere...I think the ear would be really annoying.
Niacin makes my ears burn. You might want to ask your primary if that is a side effect of any medication, as well.
