After taking Rebif for 9 years and paying a large co-pay, I just recently found out that I could have had help with the co-pay. I have spoken with MS Lifelines and they are giving me the run-around. They said they have to "go back and listen to all my phone calls with them" to find out if I mentioned my large co-pay or finances to even consider helping me retroactively. They have enrolled me in their "access made simple" program going forward. Is there anything I can do to recover a portion of all those co-pays from 9 years? Thanks for your help!
