I'm experiencing involuntary hand/neck movements which was first pointed out to me two years ago and I chose to ignore because of how it was presented which is either that "I look like a mental patient or a drug addict" and the latest "Michael J Fox"
However, another family member confirms I am having involuntary movements of my neck/arms/hands I'm not sure how to proceed. It does not interfere with anything I do but am stressed b/c I have no idea how I appear to others such, ie, how extreme my movements are and how long they last. I'm just stunned that I my movements could be so severe and I have no inkling.
Any experience or advice?
