Has anyone had extremely tight (stiff) muscles after using Avonex pen?

Yes. That is one of the main side effects I have along with headaches. My muscles are so stiff it hurts to sit, stand or do anything. It usually last for about 24 hrs but as of late not as long.

June 14 was the first time I used the pen, I notice the tightness in my legs as I increased the dosage during triation (not spelled right) didn't try the pen for 2 weeks to see if that was what was causing the tightness & guess it was.Comment
