Interferons & menstrual cycle

I recently read on the paperwork that comes with my DMD that menstrual cycle changes are a side effect & my doc confirmed that it is, although uncommon.

Has anyone else taking an interferon had it mess with their cycle?

Yes Avonex and Rebif both goofed up mine. I think there are other threads here about that happening and I know there have been threads about it on other MS boards so it might not be as uncommon as your doctor thinks it is.
