    Funny bone cramps anyone?

Obe been getting cramps in my funny bone, on and off for years. No doctor has yet been able to tell me why, and I have asked at every visit.

It feels like I just hit my funny bone, but I haven't even moved. Sometimes it happens as I'm reaching for something.

It's very painful but doesn't last long, maybe 10 seconds. But don't be fooled, lol, the pain is intense.

Does anybody know if this is related to ms?

    Does anyone else get this?

The 'funny bone' is actually not a bone, it is the part of the elbow where the ulnar nerve passes

You may be resting on your elbow in a position that is putting pressure in the area where the nerve is. Be sure to limit resting on your elbows, prop your arm so that the arm is resting on the support that is under your forearm.

See if that helps. If it doesn't, I would call your doctor.
    Be Well,
