    steroids help?

I have had sahara like dryness for several years (menopause combined with MS) and loss of sensation. I am on oral steroid therapy (dexamethasone) this week - and am feeling almost normal ...? I never heard this could happen ?

Has anyone else had this reaction to steroid therapy? I am hoping it will last - between this and the little pain relief, the temporary side effects would be well worth it.

I've not heard of side effects like this but think you should definitely live it up while it lasts! Some people say not all parts of MS are bad- maybe this is what they meant

When I was 1st diagnosed in 2011 they gave the usual steroid therapy for 3 days and... WOW! I was feeling great. My girlfriend at the time thought I was taking viagra. I was feeling great for about 3-4 weeks. So 2 years later I think I will do steroid treatment maybe once a year.
