    B vitamins make me nauseous

I know I need to get my vit B's intake up to snuff, but taking them gives me nausea. I can take them with a full meal and still get that sick feeling. I try to sprinkle brewer's yeast on a lot of my food, but don't think that gives me enough.

Anyone else have this problem and what are your suggestions?

Its a more common problem than one would think.

    Couple things going on....

Number 1 is you may be taking synthetic B vitamins.
Read your label, if it says thiamin, riboflavin, etc., these are isolates of the individual B vitamins.
You need to have a B vitamin from food. The health food stores are getting better and you should be able to find a whole food B complex.

#2 B-6 is helpful in liquifying the bile and opening up the gallbladder. The release of bile can make you very nauseous.

and taking them with food is important.

Check the label, you made need to find a better B complex.
