I need recommendations for a guy problem

I am a 45-year-old man who also suffers from diabetes as well as MS. Needless to say, they both cause ED. I am no longer able to get an erection. I have done all the pills (Cialis, Viagra, and the third one that I can't think of), I have also done the muse insertion, as well as the injection. I have gone the route of a pump also. Nothing has worked. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I tried that, and it and it did work very well, the only problem was it worked for a whole month straight. On the plus side, the injection itself did not hurt at all. Obviously it was a major worry.

Hunterd, I was also going to suggest having your testosterone checked. My husband, 44, was having the same problem we thought due to antidepressants and bp meds only. He was having a lot of fatigue and some other symptoms, so his doc checked his testosterone level. To our surprise, it was quite low. He had pellets inserted, which worked quite well, but are expensive. Switched to weekly injections, which works just as well as the pellets.

              Pellets

Pellets? What are they? I take night-rider which is over the counter or you can buy from their website. They are awesome but sometimes causes light trails, headaches and can make you kinda angry like steroids.

Exercise, 30 mins daily helps. Per workout supplements that have nitric oxide are great for your circulation. That is the active ingredient in Viagra.

It is all about circulation, and nerve sensation...

If you are circumcised, the tissue on the glans, head, gets dried out and desensitized. A light coat a Vaseline daily helps revitalize the skin and you feel more. Some say also before a to shower, as that hot water desensitizes as well.

I am over 50 and AOD, type 2. I'm almost at a place where I have dieted and exercised myself out of the A1C range of diabetic. I have a Viagra prescription is needed 5 years ago, rarely use now. Nice to have a backup. 1/3 of a pill makes for solid fun performance.

You can research the supplement at any fitness website.

The Testosterone test is a great idea.

                Good luck!
