    Kallikrein Enzymes

    Hi Everyone,

I'm really excited about the video on MSWorld Express, Aug. 6, 2012. These enzymes could really be important in finding a treatment for Progressive MS. I'm doing everything I can to keep my PPMS from getting worse. I take Ampyra which helps me to at least transfer from w/c to toilet on my own. I take a number of other meds for pain, spasticity, depression, anxiety, and bladder control, which is the worst!! I also take many supplements including lots of Vit D. I feel I have been doing something right, symptoms seem to have stabilized somewhat. I still have good and bad days, but at least I don't feel like I'm constantly going downhill. I wish there was something we (PPMS & SPMS) could do to get this Enzyme study and other studies for Progressive MS on the fast track. Unlike the (RRMS), we don't have as much time to wait for all the red tape.

Studies require money. The more money there is, the more man-hours can be devoted to the study.

Did you know that you can donate money directly to the Mayo Clinic (no middlemen taking a cut) to help fund further study of kallikrein enzymes for treatment of progressive MS?
