    Neck

    I have a problem with my neck leaning to one side. There are excercises I have been doing but don't seem to help much. Do you think moist heat before excercise will stretch the muscles better?

    My opinion is that yes, moist heat would certainly help.

    What type of exercises are you doing and how long have you been trying?

    Starting slow is imperative. With that being said, I understand how frustrating it can be when you don't see results very quickly.
