Possible new MS drug study ?

FoxNews has an article about a drug currently labeled MW151 and MW189 that could treat multiple neurological issues related to MS, Alzheimer's and other brain injuries:

I tried the link listed and it came the first time. After reading quickly, it seems to me that it is for early disability rather than progressive. Does anyone agree?

I don't know about this study, but I do know researchers at Northwestern University are really studying neurological conditions. I don't think that my post shed any light on the matter, but I thought I would add that much.
