clicking in joints

I am new to this and have a question. I feel "clicks" in my joints when I move. I realize now I can see them. For example, when I bend my wrist down the ligament (?) that runs across the right joint actually moves to the right across the joint--I can see this happening and repeat it. This doesn't happen on the other side. I don't have any problems with movement in my hands or lower arms. What could this be?

This is most likely not related to MS however I do suggest showing (or talking with) your doctor about it. It may be something they can treat and if not, possibly recommend a specialist best for the situation.
