    Dang foot.

I have noticed when I am walking my right foot has been turning in. If I concentrate I can make it walk straight, but I can't think about it all the time. I worry it is going to trip me up one day. Is there anything I can do?

Any time you notice a change like that,it is good to bring it to your doctor's attention.

Physical therapy can help strengthen muscles that might have weakened, they can check your body alignment as well as many areas for range of motion, strength and assess if you could benefit from a foot orthosis to keep foot in proper alignment. You may also benefit from a walking assistive device such as a cane, if you don't already use one. They will assess if something is needed, properly size it and teach use.
Safety is always a concern and it is good that you are aware of that. One can easily lose footing with different terrain outside and carpets, slippery tiles and steps. Driving can be a concern as well.

You will need a prescription from your doctor for PT.
    Be Well,
