I have calf pain and it feels like a cramping pain. I use a walker and a can't do a hole lot, so it's not from over doing. Any suggestions?

The first thing I would do is gently massage the area. Then stretching in the morning and before bed. Stretching is a must daily.
Some people like heat.
Another suggestion would include talking with your doctor about potassium, magnesium, and calcium levels. Supplements are often helpful with leg cramps.
Drinking tonic water which has quinine in it is known to help with night leg cramps, also Vit E.
Lastly, make sure you're drinking adequate amount of water during the day,. Water and stretching can be extremely helpful and easy to get into your daily routine.
