Thoughts on compression wear

Recently my husband bought a copper infused ankle sleeve (he suffers from arthritis after years of basketball). He says it really helps his ankle pain.

With my MS I have pain in different spots at different time but pretty constant in my knees.

I was wondering if anybody has had any experience with these products. I have seen them on Dr. Oz and know that Montel Williams endorses them but I'm sure he gets paid to say great things so I would rather hear from other folks.

It is hard for me to suggest something particular to use. Everyone varies so much- some people will swear by magnetic therapy, others prefer bracelets made of copper, gold or silver and other metals.

There is even alternative treatment of colloidal gold, silver and zinc -that is in liquid form.
I state that only as an FYI, I do not have any knowledge about it.

The only one I have heard mixed reviews about are the bracelets that have a small magnetic piece on top of the wrist and another that has a piece on the top and bottom.
