Social Security offset for Employer Sponsored LTD plan

I am currently receiving disability payments from Social Security and an employer sponsored TLD plan. I understand how the offest works, reducing my employer LTD payments by what I receive from SS.

My question is this: when we finally receive an increase in January 2012, will the employer plan adjust payments again, to eliminate the increase, or does that only happen once, when payments first begin? Does anyone know the answer to this?

Hi, shnick. Sorry, but I don't know the answer to this. I definitely would check your plan documents as it may be answered there. Thanks for your post.
