Hello all. I've missed this place but got so used to using Facebook MSworld.
1st I have been having this awful "charlie horse" feeling in both lower leg muscles. Spasticity I guess. It is not going away.
I've tried to stretch the muscle but it just makes it worse... I've tried to rest but resting seems to make it hurt even worse when I get up to walk.
Also just laying my legs down on the bed hurt. If I walk around too much it's as if my lower legs are going to just burst open. What else can I do for this. I'm still waiting on insurance...
2nd. I got a gazelle so I didn't have to move much but still would get a workout it's like an elliptical
When I exercise I find that after a few min (we're talking 2 min here) my feet start to fall asleep. I get that awful pins and needle feeling and my right heel going numb.
As soon as I get off it's a very odd feeling cause I can see my foot/feet are on the ground but it doesn't feel like they've touched down yet.
Even just sitting they fall asleep.
I can lay down and it doesn't happen as much.
I don't understand...
Any help would be welcomed. Thanks so much.
