Neuro lingo help

Hello,

Can anyone help me understand these neuro exam findings...?

mild spastic catch in both upper extremities
reflexes pathological brisk at knees, with a crossed adductor
response
right plantar response is extensor ( does this demonstrate the babinski response?)

I have no idea what it means, but then it isn't the Patient's job to know. It is for the Medical People to know. This keeps my stress levels low.
