Has anyone out there experienced vertigo symptons for over 6 months? I'm at my wits end with the dizziness!! Please tell me I'm not alone with this.

I have had vertigo off and on since dx in 2006. Someone told me recently there is a new treatment but I have not researched it yet. Good luck.

Yes, I had it bad in the summer. Actually stopped driving after I got dizzy and my vision started to black out while driving one day. Told my family physician about it and he told me to drink more water. I don't know if that really helped but I did anyway just in case.

I experienced vertigo for the very first time for 3 months last summer during a flare I was going through. It did go away and I haven't had had it since.

I hope it subsides for you, I can't say I did anything to make it go away.
