Question about terms used in office visit note

I just got my Office Visit Note in the mail from the MS center (love that they send those). There are a few things mentioned in the neurological exam summary that I'm not familiar with: "There is a beat of clonus at each ankle." Anyone know what that means/what the significance is? I'm also curious about the comment "Toes are downgoing." Is that normal? Just curious if anyone can enlighten me.

    Babinski reflex:

A doctor will run an object up the soles of your feet.

If your toes curl in (downward) that would be a normal babinski reflex.

If your toes point up that is an abnormal babinski reflex.
