Quick question while I wait for Neuro

I just read the radiologist report from the MRi I had yesterday. In a nut shell it says that things are the same as the MRI in March.

My question is, can you still have a flare with no changes in MRI? I think so but that is a guess. I think that the MRI shows the Avonex is working. There is not a progression of the MS.

Dx'd 4/1/11. First symptoms in 2001. Avonex 4/11, Copaxone 5/12, Tecfidera 4/13 Gilenya 4/14-10/14 Currently on no DMT's, Started Aubagio 9/21/15. Back on Avonex 10/15

Yes, you can have a relapse with no changes to the MRI and the reason to 'treat the patient, not the MRI'
