    Take a large, whole chicken, prep as always and place in crockpot. Slice 3 or 4 lemons in half, squeeze juice into the cavity, under the skin and stuff the lemons under the skin of the breast. Crush several cloves of garlic, peel and stuff under the skin with the lemons. Cook as directed for size and crock manufacturer.

    This makes excellent tacos, enchiladas and chicken salad if there are any leftovers.
    I do not have MS. I have Whatchamacallit; and all of the symptoms are mirages.

      I am definitely going to try the chicken idea. I hate paying the price for boneless, skinless chicken breat convienence

        Hey Kat

        With summer I like to make fresh salads with some cut up deli chicken or do a sandwich night. That way its easy, cheap and the kids can help
