    Tax Question - Claiming Services?

I am not on disabaility, I can still work and I can still function on daily tasks and routines but it is getting harder for me to do things like yard work, snow shoveling, cleaning, home maintenance, etc. I have to pay someone to do these things.

Does anyone know if there is a way I can get them claimed on my taxes? Maybe If I can get my doctor to help me claim disability tax credit on my taxes and get these items claimed on them? Has anyone done this without being on disability? Or even had experience with doing this before?

I've never come across any deductions like that, but here's a CRA website that lists medical deductions:
    http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/tx/ndvdls/t....html#driveway

The disability tax credit is a non-refundable credit (about 7,000 I think) that could reduce your taxable income. There's info here:

I'm assuming from your username you live in Ontario - you can also apply the disability tax credit to your provincial taxes too.

    Hope this helps.
