    Tysabri

    Hello,
    My doctor wants me to try Tysabri because I am not tolerating the DMD's well.

    I have a history of cold sores and Mono.

    I have been doing some reading and am now wondering if I can even take Tysabri.

    Would Mono and cold sores disqualify me?

    It would be some much nicer to do this once a month.

    My body is so sore from the injection sites and I run a temp every time here lately.

    Sorry if this looks like a double post. I tried to post a few minutes ago. I was not finished with my post and then it was gone.

    I have history of both mono and cold sores = hasn't stopped me. I will #15 in a couple of weeks.

        I have had lots of cold sores my whole life (Abreva really helps) and have had 32 Ty infusioins so far

          I, too, have had many cold sores and am heading for my 50th infusion
