    Boswellic acid Th1 -> Th2

    I've read that Boswelic acids are very potent inhibitors of TH1 immune response and promote a TH2 response. The most potent acid is acetyl-11-keto-B-boswellic acid and it's sold under the name 5-LOXIN.

    You can research it in relation to th1.

    IMO the best (good) mediator of the TH1 and TH2 response is vitamin D. In a "weak" person vit D helps the cytokin response (strengthens it) and in a "strong" person vit D dampens the cytokin response; reduces an amplified response.
    Now is MS an over or under response???? vit D works on both.
    IDK about boswellia. I'd be interested to hear more.
