    Haven't been here in awhile

My name is Kel. I have been living with MS for 19 years. I'm not the best with computers, I don't understand a lot of it but I'm trying to learn by trial and error, there is a lot of error,LOL; I'm 47 and have been married for 28 years, I have a 28 yr old Daughter and a soon to be 27 year old son. No grandkids, yet. I have relapsing remmiting MS. My docs and my husband won't let me work yet and there not much to do. We were involved heavly in the MS society for years, but, mu husband, G just kinda got fed up with them. I won't go into that. I really want to be more involved and meet people who know what it's like to live with MS. I have been blessed with a family that really cares and takes such good care of me. I hope and pray that I can get my husband involved with some caregiversl, it can't be easy living with me even without the MS! Anyway I just wanted to introduce myself again since it's been about 3 years since I have been on this site. It's also more difficult because I don't sleep very much and G works nights so I'm usually on late at night, so if there are any night owls out there just let me know. That's it for now. God Bless

Hi, I'm new here and undiagnosed (my pcp says yes and is sending me to specialist) but wanted to welcome you.
I too have a family that really cares, so I know that makes a great difference for you.

      Hello Kel26

      Welcome back!

You're in the right place to meet people who know what it's like to live with MS

Night owls are always welcome here. There's a load of information and the experiences of other members to read.

Gosh, you've lived with MS for quite awhile (19 years). I've had MS for 11 years (PPMS). None of it is any fun.

I'm glad to learn that you have a wonderful, supportive family

Hope to see more of your posts!

      Take care,
      KoKo

        Hi there Kel26

night hawk here. Many nights I can't sleep at all. I can it my 3rd shieft sx.

I seem to go in cycles. Weeks where I can't sleep nights and then all of a sudden I am the opisit

I had just gone through a period of time I couldn't keep my eyes open and would just fall asleep even while at the dinner table. Now I am in the night hawk mode. Monday night I got a total of 4 hours sleep. Tuesday went to bed at 11:00 and was still awake at 6:30 in the morning.

Slept all day Wednesday off and on and here I am today up all day, no naps and still know if I went to bed I would be back down here in an hour LOL

Crazy huh. I yearn for go to bed, fall asleep stay asleep till morning. Yeah in my dreams huh LOL

Anyway, Friend, nice to meet ya. See you around the boards. Have a great weekend.
