Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 chopped onion
16-ounce can pork and beans in tomato sauce, drained
2/3 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
8 hamburger buns, split and toasted
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ginger
Dash pepper
Directions
1 In large frypan, saute' beef and onion over medium-high heat until beef loses pink color.
2 Stir in remaining ingredients, except buns.
3 Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
4 Spoon 1/2 cup bean mixture onto bottom halves of hamburger buns; top with remaining halves.
