Ingredients
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 pound ground chicken
1 cup tomato sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
4 hamburger rolls, halved and toasted
Directions
1 In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
2 Add onion; cook, stirring frequently until softened, 3 to 5 minutes.
3 Add chicken and cook, breaking up lumps with back of spoon, until no longer pink, about 5 to 7 minutes.
4 Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, cumin, and pepper.
5 Reduce heat to low and cook until flavors are blended, about 10 minutes.
6 To serve, put rolls, cut side up, on 4 serving plates.
7 Spoon chicken mixture over rolls.
