Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
1 medium onion, sliced
2 Tablespoons garlic, minced
1 pound red potatoes
Directions
1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2 Heat oil in skillet.
3 Add onions and garlic.
4 Saute' just until golden.
5 Cut potatoes into wedges.
6 Add to skillet.
7 Saute' until golden and well coated.
8 Transfer to baking pan.
9 Bake until dark golden brown and fork tender, about 20 minutes.
