Ingredients
2 sticks margarine, softened
5-1/2 Tablespoons confectioners' sugar
3/4 cup cornstarch
1 cup flour
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
2 Tablespoons orange juice
Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 Cream margarine and 5-1/2 Tablespoons confectioners' sugar.
3 Add cornstarch and flour; beat well.
4 Chill dough 3 hours.
5 Roll into nickle-size balls.
6 If too sticky, add extra flour.
7 Indent top of cookies with thumb.
8 Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until just brown.
9 Combine 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar with orange juice; drizzle over cookies.
