Ingredients
2 Tablespoons fine dry bread crumbs
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons butter OR margarine, melted
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon flour
3 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1 egg
2 Tablespoons milk
1/2 of 1-ounce dark chocolate candy bar
1 teaspoon milk
Directions
1 Combine bread crumbs, 2 teaspoons sugar, and butter.
2 Press onto bottom of spring form pan.
3 Bake 5 minutes; set aside.
4 Combine cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, flour, and peanut butter until smooth.
5 Add egg; beat just until blended.
6 Stir in 2 Tablespoons milk.
7 Pour into crust.
8 Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until center is firm.
9 Cool.
10 Blend melted chocolate and milk; drizzle over cheesecake.
