    Peanut Butter and Jelly Cupcakes

    Ingredients
    18-ounce package yellow cake mix {non-pudding type}
    1 cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup grape jelly

    Directions
    1 Line 24 muffin cups with paper liners.
    2 In large bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat cake mix with peanut butter until coarse crumbs form.
    3 Continue, following package directions for yellow cake, omitting oil.
    4 Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling each about half full.
    5 Top with 1 teaspoon jelly.
    6 Carefully add enough batter to cover jelly, filling each muffin cup 3/4 full.
    7 Bake at 350 degrees 20 minutes or until cupcakes spring back when lightly touched.

    MAKES 24 cupcakes
